We just wanted to say thank you again for yesterday, what an awesome band you are! We had the best day and you absolutely made the night for us. The name doesn't do them justice!
Where to start?! Dirty weekend were absolutely amazing. They were so professional and everything ran so so smoothly! They got the party going and kept it going, the dance floor was never empty! Even going the distance and changing song lyrics for an inside joke! Who needs Stacy's mom when you can have Steve Law's mom right?! Everyone commented on how amazing they were! We can't thank them enough! We had the best day partying and that was down to the amazing music, we wish them all the best (ps book them)! Thanks again, Maddie and Huw -
WOW what a wedding
We had the most amazing wedding...a dream come true! The sun shone on us all day and the music was absolutely incredible thanks to Dirty Weekend. From the first time we heard them on the Alive Network website we knew they were the band for us, and they definitely didn't disappoint. Even before the day, our telephone meeting and further correspondence provided us with confidence that the day would be just perfect. Dirty Weekend played 4 sets for us, all of our choosing from their vast play list. This ensured we only heard the songs we loved and every one of our guests were up dancing, singing at the top of their voices and enjoying every single minute. Dirty Weekend did every song justice...the band were phenomenal! We were also lucky enough to have an acoustic set which the band played shortly after our vows. While our guests were mingling, drinking and enjoying the sunshine, Dirty Weekend started playing the most amazing set while walking around our guests, interacting with them and literally blowing their minds! And if that wasn't enough, Dirty Weekend sang our first dance which they had to learn prior to our day! That will be a moment we will never forget...absolutely beautiful. We cannot thank Dirty Weekend enough for making our wedding so special and unforgettable...we say again...ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! THANK YOU Dirty Weekend -
Amazing band with great energy!
We would recommend Dirty Weekend in a heartbeat - and so would our guests!! The band learnt our first song which isn't super well-known but means a lot to us (by the band KAWALA) and they performed it perfectly. We were even given the song sheet afterwards as a keepsake which was a lovely touch. The energy throughout the evening never dipped, except during the manned DJ sets which is to be expected. For us, their set lists were perfect to tick off a variety of music genres and they really kept the dance floor filled all night. We'd requested a song to be kept as the last track of the night and they kept this up their sleeves until our guests started chanting for them to play one more song - it felt like we were at a proper gig! Communication with Jason was fab in the run up to the wedding and all band members were super friendly on the day too. Thank you Dirty Weekend for giving us the perfect end to the perfect day! -
Amazing! Can't beat them.
Dirty Weekend are just the best. They performed a great acoustic set when all the guests were having drinks and canapes and then absolutely rocked the dancefloor all night. It's the second time I've hired Dirty Weekend and hoping to work with them many times in the future as they are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. -
Simply the best!
We booked Dirty Weekend off the back of recommendations from guests who had experienced their talents at another wedding, and after listening to their sound on the website, it was a no brainer to book them for our wedding. The pre-wedding admin was a breeze, they are so easy to get on with and made life as easy as possible. On the evening, the quality of music and talent that came from the band was unrivalled, it was the best sound and the best quality, everything from start to end was so well put together, the only way to truly understand the enjoyment we had is to enjoy it for yourself! We can’t recommend these guys highly enough. -
Amazing band for our wedding!!
Dirty Weekend performed at our wedding and were absolutely phenomenal and exceeded all our expectations! What really stood out was their ability to read the crowd. They knew exactly what songs to play to suit our guests and each song choice and timing was perfect. They had everyone on the dance floor the whole night. Their rendition of our first dance song, More Than Words by Extreme, was truly magical and something we'll cherish forever. Not only were they amazing musicians, but they were also incredibly professional and easy to work with. They were responsive to all our requests, and their friendly demeanor added to the overall positive vibe of the day. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how fantastic the band was. They truly made our wedding unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a band. Highly recommend! -
Amazing Band, Fantastic Performance
Every aspect was absolutely brilliant. Great diverse repertoire of songs, superb performance, professional service throughout. They put together three great sets based on our preferences and tastes. They learnt and performed our favourite song and really did it justice!! Communication and organisation was spot on, we felt comfortable and reassured booking Dirty Weekend. They really made or special day extra special. Couldn't recommend them enough! -
Amazing band - made the night!
Dirty Weekend performed at my husband's 40th birthday party and were incredible from start to finish. They helped us put together a great setlist, worked songs that we'd requested into the playlist between sets and then took the roof off with their performance. Would highly recommend!
